"Made a reservation for my spouse bday and our anniversary. Get there and was told our system is not working I don 't know what to tell u. I asked why noone reached out since reservation had been made 3 days ago. Her response was didn 't nobody tell me about any reservations . I understand things happen but the oh well attitude was disheartening ."
