"The place looks cold and something incomplete? on the walk. I think they wanted the minimal look, but failed. The selection was disappointing, I had expected it to be like a real bakery. Very few desserts were displayed (see photo). It is rather a chic dessert place than a French terrace. It was cool to see the chefs through the window that works behind the counter. The cake I bought said: "Meringue", but it wasn't meringue, it was a soft cream and marshmallow up. It was too sweet, but that could be my European taste buds, I am not used to so much sugar. I could only eat about a quarter of it before I feel sick. However, the Macaroons were delicious! The staff was nice too. This box was $21 for 7. Not the cheapest, but it's worth, I'd say they're bigger than normal. Overall, I recommend stopping for the Macarons when you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out my way for this bakery."
