"I have been going to the White Horse for years and it is one of my favorite resturants in Rock Hill. The food is GREAT and service is pretty good too. Best food is combination basket-vegetable sticks, apple sticks, cheese, callifower, etc, BROCCOLI CASSAROLE, french onion soup, everything is good!!!!!"
