"Service is absolute garbage. Place is near my house and one of the few restaurants delivered in the pandemic. Of course I ordered them regularly. You made little mistakes before, but nothing I couldn't handle, so I let it slip. But after this day I will not eat there anymore. How do you make a salad? How can you forget any vegetables that should be included with salad BUT of salad? And in addition, if you are aware of this error, how is the answer not as easy as we replace it. Instead, I was given the feeling that the mistake was MY FAULT, and even at worst I was told that I could go back there to get the missing vegetables... Lol. I should leave a SECOND time to get the veggies you forgot. Okay, don't worry. No more spending my money where it's not worth it. I will find a new family restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they have to screw something up. Smh."

"In Short: Lots of Frozen, Fried, and Reheated food. If you like Chains like Chilis, Pizza Hut, etc. This place will be fine for you. Full Description: Inside: Currently eating in the restaurant. The inside is kinda scary. Lights are dim, floor has obviously not been refurbished since whatever restaurant was here before, you can tell by the welded spots on the floor. The roof has black mold and other water damage. I can't get over how distressing the interior is. Service: I've read previous reviews on the manager, and I just met him. He's an alright guy but English is definitely not his first language, and if he's rude over the phone or no you gotta give the guy a little slack. The Waitress is a real sweetheart. My previous time I ordered, was a Special Pizza with a 2 liter of Pepsi and a slice of cheesecake. I did not receive the Pepsi, but I did like the Pizza, the crust was crisp and a little chewy, which is how I like it. I've had pizza from New England to Texas and theirs isn't the greatest but its certainly not the worst. The cheesecake I believe is made off sight or ordered in and is not made in the restaurant. If I'm wrong management can get ahold of me and I'll change my review on this part. My order today is a Vegetarian Pizza with Ground beef as an additional topping with a side of Jalepeno Poppers. (I like the extra vegetables and its cheaper to order the Veg pizza and add one meat than the special pizza and add 2 or 3 more veggies. The Jalepeno Poppers are also frozen and not made on sight. You can normally tell by the taste of the Jalepenos. Frozen and Pickled Jalepenos are nowhere near as firm and pack the heat of a fresh one, along with the fact that you can't make a clean bite with frozen ones. All in all its a pizza place, I'm not expecting the Texas de Brazil or Gordan Ramaey style food, and if you like Chili's, Applebee's, and other chain style food, this place will taste just fine to you as well. Suggestion to the restaurant. Replace the ceiling tiles with fresh new ones. New Lighting or bulbs at the least, figure out where the moldy smell is coming from (probably the ceiling Get the wires from the TV and have them put professionally inside the wall. I don't know what you can do about the floor welds but I would eventually refurbish the floors. Lastly I would update your decor, the pictures look like they were stolen from a hotel room, the seats go from Pine Green to Seafoam Blue. I won't lie this place would be pretty baller with a few arcade games like Galaga or something. Give your waitress a raise she's awesome. Obviously cause of COVID this is stuff you probably won't be able to do for a hot minute but is definitely something to think on."

"The BACON EGGFAST BURGER didn't have bacon. The meat was over cooked and tasted like the burgers at circle K. It was fine, but not for the price. The BACON EGGFAST PIZZA was better, but the crust was tough. I think there was maybe three pieces of bacon on the whole pizza. I wouldnt recommend eating here."

"I never had bad food or service at Mario Fazio 's. Everything was great as usual! There was a party the day we were there for lunch, but the noise wasn 't too bad. We were in a back corner booth, the farthest away that we could be. My friend and I were celebrating her birthday. Our waitress brought out a cassata cupcake with a candle in it and sang Happy Birthday to her. It couldn 't have been a better birthday lunch!"

"I reserved a table for four several weeks in advance on Open Table. I specifically requested one of the half-round booths in the balcony since we were bringing some good friends to help us celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. I called one day before the reservation to confirm they would be able to accommodate the request. The young lady confirmed it would be no problem since we were dining early (5:45 pm). I even called the day of the reservation a few hours before to confirm yet again, as I wanted our friends(who had not dined @WCK before) to enjoy the great view from the lowest balcony level of the open kitchen. Upon arrival, I asked the hostess if they were still going to be able to accommodate my special request. She nodded yes and away we went upstairs. Unfortunately, the hostess seated us in the highest level at an end table that could not even see the lower level. I was very disappointed but didn’t say anything since all of the booths appeared to be occupied. I understand things happen and our guests did not complain, but I was disappointed that the restaurant could not accommodate my repeated request from several weeks earlier. Other than the non-existent view and rather cramp space of the top corner table (plus it was a bit warm), service by Lex and the food was excellent. The server who brought our iced teas (one sweet one unsweet) misidentified them and caused an additional delay while one was replaced since I sipped from the wrong one. My wife also noticed the Box Office salad is now in a plate instead of the normal bowl that we have seen previously. She thought it was smaller than before and the presentation was not as nice. The entrees (filet, parma grana chicken, short rib, prime rib) all received good reviews. Taste temperature of the food was very good. All in all- a 4* experience that could have been 5* had we been given the booth requested repeatedly promised. We still love the place and will be back with other friends family."

"As a very frequent year round local customer I was highly disappointed with my last takeout order. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS now! I enjoy Santos Buffalo Fingers and this year the 6 piece is now 5 and the price went up to over $10. Buffalo Fries? $3 more than regular fries to throw sauce on them and you're forced to get the biggest size where there used to be 2 difference sizes. $26 for 5 chicken fingers and fries with sauce on them. Oh by the way, you couldn't even tell there was sauce on the food. For the price I have to pay now I should at least be able to taste the sauce that is barely on the food. Hate that I'm leaving this negative review but since the sale this place (one of my favorites) has gone downhill. I hope the owners make changes"

"I stopped in here for a beer after work and was thrilled to see all the taps available! They had at least 15 beers on tap, most provided by local brewers. They also have a full bar and wine for people not feeling the beer scene. What earned this place 5 stars was the VEGAN PIZZA They had it advertised on the counter so I inquired and the owner informed me they had just got a new cheese he wanted to try. I volunteered to be the Guinea pig and was not disappointed! Let's start with the pepperoni, delicious, not greasy, flavorful, and just the right about of kick. The cheese melted beautifully, becoming creamy. It wasnt rubbery or bland at all. The sauce and crust brought it all together to give it the texture and taste of real pizza! I highly recommend to all fellow vegans and even those nonvegans looking to try something new."

"I’ve waited to write a review to see how consistent this place would be. I’ve been inside to eat probably 8-10 times and done carry out once. The food is always good, the servers are always nice.I’ve never had anything off with any of my experiences. The ONLY thing I would say is.we always order the plain breadsticks and on the carry out order the marinara sauce they send with you is much smaller than what you get dining in. We ran out long before the sticks were gone. I would say make it match what you do for people dining in. That’s really it, though. Fantastic place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
