"eating is good, better than to serve and if they cook a steak properly, it is a definitiw home. that means they don't get it often right. a simple cocktail order or the temperature required for a boiled steak are easily grounded. the waiting staff is so hit and miss how it will be. they have a few real profis, but the pros have numbered the profis on this waiting staff. they smile at all the correct times, especially when they correct one of the multiple errors that are made throughout the visit. the lower line is that eating can be worth the roll of cubes, but go they know that they actually roll the cubes."
