"Huge props on Caffe Bene Jackson Heights’ beautiful staff. I came to a meeting yesterday with my intern – the first time for both of us. I went to the bar and said, “I don’t feel good and I’m a vegetarian. Help me?” Two minutes later, I had a hot camomile citrus tea in one hand and a spinach pestoquinoa bowl in the other. Thanks for feeling welcome and better. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area."

"Horrible service. My friend and I went there on Saturday 11/26/22 and the short blond with long hair was so nasty. "I liked the pork quesadilla and crazy taco. I wasn't really into the sauce on the quesadilla though and the cup of taco sauce was kind of bland. The queso on the taco was great. The guy working the window was very helpful and friendly. He said the prices had increased, but they were still relatively low. We loved the crunchy cinnamon sugar dessert that came with the kids meal."

"Service was SLOW. The shop was already basically empty, it’s not like they were slammed. Neither of the people there were working on making the two orders who I could see in front of mine. They started making my smoothie about 15 minutes after I ordered it. My smoothie should have and could have been made within 5 minutes of my ordering it. If Freshii is trying to compete with other smoothie and/or burrito/bowl places in the area like Jamba Juice, Orange Julius, Qdoba, or Chipotle—they are failing."
