"For the second time in a row, the service was terrible. You may not have enough wait people because it took 15 minutes for her to give us menus. A long time to take our order and forever to get our bill at the end. Had to ask busboy for items because our wait person never came by the table and never looked our way if/when she walked by. "We requested outdoor dining but my 13 year old was being a brat- so we went inside. Costa our server was extremely patient and understanding. He took great care of us and although probably very busy made sure we were in and out in a timely manner since we were in a time crunch due to basketball tournament in the area. I’ve been in this business for 30 years and I’m very hard to please as a guest. Costa made our experience awesome and we will be back!!!"

"I really have no words to describe this place but I’ll try…starting with the fact that they can make almost anything gluten free which is awesome in my book. Pro tip: their portions are large so if you want dessert (which you will), plan ahead and portion half your meal to go. I ordered the chow down fries as a side for my Cajun Burger. The heat could be kicked up a notch I will say for a Cajun burger but it was delicious and juicy anyway. For the temperature, I would order less than you normally like…I ordered medium and it came to mid well. Again, still juicy though. My family ordered the Fried Pimento Ball app…10 stars! So crispy and they make the pimento cheese in house super unexpected for a diner but very happy. My husband ordered the Bacon Mac and Cheese casserole and he loved it. Super cheesy and crispy bacon on top. For dessert, I ordered the Fried Oreos (not GF) and they were delish! So pillowy with loads of hot fudge, whipped cream and crushed Oreos on top. My mom ordered the Fried Honey bun…we were not ready lol it was HUGE! Super crunchy and delish also. The service was excellent, very accommodating and the atmosphere is very 50s diner, minus the attire. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again…tomorrow! Haha"

"I am so pleased with the owners and staff at Bay Ridge Pizza, my 8 year old granddaughter has Celliac Condition and I ordered Gluten Free Pizza yesterday for her and for my family. The owner Chris let me know what the ingredients were in the pizza to make sure it would be good for her.The pizza was incredible and she loved it, we tried many other places and this gluten free was exceptional. I always order from them but never gluten free, I’m so very happy with their restaurant and how exceptional and kind they are to their customers."

"My mom and I stopped here to eat Friday night. They were decently crowded, but nobody waited in the lobby. We sat in the bar area, as the employee at the front said, it would be a few minutes if we wanted to sit in the dining area. The waitress who served us was also the bartender. There were some people at the bar as there were sports games so that she seemed pretty busy. Your service was still great and she checked us as much as possible. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary spectacular. Overall, it was a good experience, but it seemed like the restaurant was understated."

"The food is amazing. Crave-worthy even. But I’ve learned that if you’re going to place an order for delivery, give them at least an hour and half to deliver it. I’m not sure why it always takes so long but we’ve waited as long as two hours to get our food. It’s well worth the wait; the food is delicious, but don’t wait until you’re hungry to order. "Don 't order the beet salad!! My daughter and I each ordered this relatively expensive salad. It was mostly lettuce, and the lettuce was wet, diluting the flavorless dressing to the point where there was almost no flavor. The serving of not-sweet beets was skimpy as was the feta cheese. The pours of wine by the glass were fine, and the service was also fine, as expected. Beware, if you are short, that the benches in the booths are very low. We moved to one of the few tables for two with 'regular ' chair. I have eaten many beet salads over the years, and this one was by far the worst."

"this place was quiet for a Saturday dinner. the waiting staff was clean when we got in. the staff was quick to sit and get us drinks. Maybe a little too fast. my daughter demanded an icy with celestial and mango taste. Unfortunately, the waiting staff left as she said mango and the drink came back only to heaven. the drinks were quickly refilled. the appetizer was well served and hot. we enjoyed it. lunch for chicken parmigian. the pasta was cold, but had hot chicken and cheese. our other order was ravioli lasagna. the ravioli lasagna itself was great. the challenge was the coating. the lasagne was laid in a pan and the pan in a white bowl. the problem wad the pan not suitable in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece would slide the hot pan that made her nervous and fear it would slide into her bosom. everything in all it was good and we would go back. we can order pizza and salat."

"20. January 2022 I ordered 15 chicken wings a stromboli with chicken and a Sicilian pizza. This was my first time in ordering this facility and it will be my last. The chicken wings had more fat and skin when it had meat, and for the Stromboli my girlfriend said it was too salty and it looked sloppy what I saw as they suspected how they look and how for the Sicilian pizza it was too thin, not to look like a Sicilian pizza because I had really Sicilian pizza before, but now too fair the pizza tasted good otherwise. I called back the pizza place and spoke to the young man at the counter who took my order and expressed my dissatisfaction with my order, as I spent $52 for everything I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, he told me that no one was there, and he would have called me back a female oversight in ten minutes that never happened. I was also not impressed by the interior either nothing in the display case or price menu characters on the walls and no seat tables it had a boring look. I've never seen all customers coming from this facility or going and never heard the phone ring once while I was there before I went with my order. That was a sign that this place was not a good place to eat and it is close to a college campus. I do not recommend this pizza place at all and I recommend you to find another place to eat and spend your money. Tony unsatisfactory customer)"
