Creating my order online shows that it comes with the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, but, by ordering inside, I had no way of knowing that it didn't include the burrito until after I paid and they gave me the receipt. I pointed this out to the manager and showed on my phone that the exact same order online for the exact same price does include it, but the manager said they cannot do anything since I already ordered inside."

"Didn’t accept the coupons I use at every other subway location, including the ones in gas stations. I’ve even used the same coupons at this location and they decided to not honor it this time so I won’t be back. The sandwich artist was awful and put too much of some ingredients and barely any of others. The tomatoes didn’t even look fresh, I hope I don’t get sick. And it was almost $30!! For two sandwiches. With gross produce. Just disappointing and disgusting."

"It seems like every time I go here, the register charges more than what is on the menu. When I told the cashier (manager I believe) that I was being charged more than what was on the menu, she seems uninterested in correcting the issue but conceded abd fixed it. But when she handed me my change, she gave me 2 cents less than what it should be. I stood there looking a little confused for a few seconds and she noticed then told me that she didn't have any pennies. It's only 2 cents so it's not a huge deal but the fact that she handed me less change than what I was owed without saying anything at first is very annoying. He never told me his name but I got it from my receipt because I was so curious. Not just him my dearest ALL of them working this evening 3rd of December 2021 need a raise please. They gave me/us a standard service very fast,friendly,calm and team work. I didn’t spend up to 2 minutes but I just felt so comfortable that I had to eat in my car while I observe and make my survey. "So your in weed ca. Town full of truckers. Lobby says closes at 10pm door locked at 915 pm after I parked half mile away and walked there ordered online and couldn't get my food . Stupid . Don't deserve one star . Just dumb . Live and learn . Different visit now a year later, didn't learn! This visit ordered chicken enchilada burrito two of them and two bean burritos with no onions. Enchiladas had some nasty chips in there Doritos crumbled up in it terrible didn't order it and both burritos had tons of onions ordered no onions the atmosphere was filthy garbage on the floor the restrooms are nasty had a hard time washing my hands in there told crew member said they'd take care of it never did while I was there terrible place terrible visit terrible food terrible customer service Taco Bell nothing like it used to be too ! Shut it down! Not one positive review , year later no change it's not the staff!!"
