"The potato skins taste odd. They remind me of the frozen ones you buy at the grocery store but the texture of the potato is like it 's been frozen beyond the best by date and they are so heavily seared but the bacon remains undercooked and cheese has melted into a coagulated pool of fat and grease. We also ordered bag of bones which just came out and looks dry. Wife says the fries are good. They didn 't bring any dipping sauces though, which is fine. We got the dipping sauces and the wings looked undercooked. The ribs were dry. Not sure if the quality of TGIF has just slipped overall, or if it 's just this particular location. I won 't be finding out either. Not coming back. Neither should you."

"We sat there for almost an hour. They seated us took 15min to take our drink order they took our appetizer order then 5 min later they come back because they forgot to ask if we wanted traditional or boneless then when they brought us the appetizer the girl was not our waitress but she had a nasty attitude she walked out in the middle of the aisle asking who had it and she had 2 of the sane she served us the wrong one but when she went to lay the tray down she stood there and gave us a disrespectful look to clear the table for her. When we realized she gave us the wrong one she had given us boneless and they were ice cold so apparently nobody there knows the difference between bone in and boneless and they serve not knowing what they're serving. When they took our order our waitress came back 10 min later and said she'd forgot to ask us how we wanted our steaks and what sauces we wanted....we told her our appetizer wasn't right she apologized and said she'd let them know 10min later the order hadn't been fixed our food hadn't come out so we got up and left.Overall their service sucked they weren't busy so they didn't have an excuse they're food was cold waitresses had bad attitudes nobody seemed like they knew how to do they're jobs. We will not be going back. And it's sad cuz my husband had taken me there for valentines and it was really good but we won't be going back after tonight was extremely disappointed and if I could I'd give a zero star."

"The wings tasted gross. It looked burnt at 1st but it wasn't the usual buffalo sauce. I double checked my order to be sure I picked the right one. I don't know what they put on them to look dark like they were burnt if they weren't, but I couldn't finish it because the sauce was so gross. I gave them to the homeless guy in the alley behind my building."
