"Honestly for the price of this place I just expected a bit more. This also isn't supposed to be a roast since the food is good overall. I just was hoping for a bit more. When a restaurant positions itself as this type of environment some of the things that you just expect is staff to provide new silverware between courses as well as boxing food for customers. The entrees, cocktails, and deserts were very well done. However, every entree that I tried at our table was either dry or lacking flavor or both. The only other thing I would suggest is working more on the cocktail menu. There are a lot of very sweet liquors/ cocktails, and while not a problem by it's itself, more diversity would be nice. Crab cake and apple cinnamon bread pudding were the best items we had. I really don't think it would be hard for twisted fork to level up and even be the best in the area. Texas Roadhouse was voted best steak in 4 states living after all. Shouldn't be a very high bar to clear."
