"Diner was nice and very roomy. It was decorated with baseball player photos and bats. We like baseball and thought the decor theme was neat. Ordering was easy and the girl who took our order at the counter was nice and helpful. My kids had burgers and chicken tenders, my husband had the chicken fried steak and I had the grilled chicken salad. I didn 't hear complaints or compliments about food. My salad was just ok. The tea wasn 't that great either and I 'm a big TEA fan. I thought it being 'chef salad ' that it would have bacon and croutons but it didn 't. My husband 's cousin had the chicken fried steak and she said that it lacked flavor. Mostly I liked the diner because it wasn 't packed with people, it had lots of room and the overall 'look '."

"Ate here while on a trip to Abilene. The good was fine. I even had the pho that everyone raved about. Once again, just fine. I wouldn't call it terrible. The variety of the menu is really interesting and caters to kids who don't like Asian food or seafood. The place was empty and not well taken care of. The restroom was pretty gross. I like to go to local places when I travel, but I don't intend on seeking this place out again."
