"I found this place on a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and decided to stop for lunch. After eating, I immediately looked up the chain to see if there is a location near my house (sadly the closest is 3 hours... . The food is amazing! My husband and I each got a pasta bowl and we loved the build your own style. The food was so yummy and we both agree we think the spaghetti was easier to eat than the penne but both were tasty. We split a piada stick and were disappointed we hadn 't gotten more. When we got back to our hotel in Cleveland for the evening I looked up food nearby and saw there was another piada nearby...and I really considered going there twice in one day. It was so good! My only complaint is there isn 't a location near my home. :"

"This is a great location. It is located in a plaza with many shops. So if you're done shopping, you can take a bite to eat. They have good portion sizes and good food. Today I have the little harvest salad with chicken for $9.78. It was absolutely delicious and the small size was very full. The staff is always friendly and the shop is always clean."

"Think Chipotle for Italian food. Instead of rice, you get pasta. But the idea is the same. Start with the Pasta and then add the other ingredients that you want. The service is very quick and you are enjoying your meal shortly after arriving. Personally I’d go to this place rather than Chipotle as I’ve tired of their food, and constantly being out of the steak. Fast Casual is the up and coming category and Prada fits in nicely. I will be a regular."

"We have never been here before, and was very pleased with our dining experience! It's Memorial day weekend, and it was a little difficult finding a parking spot in the 3hr parking lot next door, but didn't have to wait very long for one to open. Great food, and excellent customer service! We had our food fast, and it was delicious! I love all the healthy choices, and they give you a lot of food! Not to mention, it's very affordable! This is my new favorite place to eat!"

"I went to Piada last night after seeing a positive review and tried their Power Bowl, which is vegan. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was! The Power Bowl includes quinoa, hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, corn, tomato, roasted broccoli, cucumber salad, pickled red onions, and yogurt harissa dressing. The yogurt dressing was confirmed as vegan and marked as such on the menu. The bowl was very tasty, especially the cucumber salad which was yogurt-based with dill flavors. I will definitely order extra next time. Although they do not have any vegan protein add-ons, the bowl is satisfying with the quinoa and hummus. I would recommend trying it out."

"I love Piada but I will never go back to this location again. The staff there is rude and unprofessional and not friendly at all. Almost as if my presents is an inconvenience. The owners need to take a hard look at who they have representing their business because I don't have to spend money to help support restaurants, especially ones with awful customer service. I should have walked out when I asked about they pepperoni wrap and inform the woman that I wasn't for sure what they were called and guess what, I didn't end up getting it when I told her I wanted it and she tried to blame me and say I never asked for it. I guess one less customer they have to worry about parading on their day. Avoid and try the Parma location they may know the definition of good customer service."
