"I made this reservation for my 8-year anniversary with my friend. we arrived at the restaurant to find out that it is closed. I put my card on the dates, we dressed nicely and were so excited to only learn that this restaurant was closed. to make this special day even worse, we could not find a plan b restaurant that we liked because they were all booked for the night."
