"Hey district management ! Please read this. You got a lot of 1 star reviews for service and operation issues because your staff is more interested in gossiping than working. It took 30 min to get my you pick 2 and if there were a hundred orders I would understand but these people were chatting amongst each other and the two up front were flirting with each other. Your manager was encouraging the gossip and not trying to get people to make the orders. I saw a Starbucks like this that didn’t change it up that closed in a great location. Change it up before you lose money cause I won’t be coming back nor will anyone else with this level of bad service."

"I frequently order from this restaurant location, occasionally trying others, but this is my go-to spot. The Steak White Cheddar sandwiches here always have the perfect amount of Horseradish, which is their secret ingredient. I just wish they would allow me to request extra or additional sides of the delicious Horseradish. In my opinion, this location deserves to be voted as the Best Panera Bread of 2022."

"The restaurant used to offer several pasta dishes, but now the only pasta option is mac and cheese, which was lackluster according to my wife. We were disappointed to see the other pasta dishes removed from the menu. However, the turkey bacon sandwich was delicious, especially when paired with the chicken noodle soup. Just be cautious of the sodium content in the dishes. The menu had limited options, and the staff, while friendly, were not very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes. Additionally, the restaurant was quite loud."

"Avoid this place for curbside pickup. I arrived and entered my parking number, received an SMS that my food was ready, but no one brought it to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go inside and found my order on the fast pick-up shelf, but my drink was missing. When I asked a nice young lady in the kitchen about it, she told me I had to get it myself. Despite this hiccup with curbside pickup, I have had consistently good experiences at this Panera location. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and my orders are always correct and promptly prepared. My experience with the drive-thru has been positive, and fast pick-up has always been smooth. I will now opt for quick in-store pick-up instead of curbside."

"there was no cash at the desk. we were forced to use the terminal (not a really friendly layout). we ordered our food after some changes, as the place is from dead. at the beginning september in indiana should be no one from tomato. I ordered the special sandwich of the $11,99 cook, not much there for the cost. to round it, it tasted after the taste in the mouth. I have eaten in many panera’s about the years, not impressed by the current business model they have here. filz there was little worth for the $28 I spent. I think I'll look for a better value in my future eating, not panera."
