"The folks at Pho Ever really know how to cook their meats. Instead of frying everything, Peter roasts the chicken, resulting in crispy skin without drying it out. The beef in the curry "soup" is exceptionally tender. I say "soup" because the curry sauce is more like a soup with a sweet flavor, thanks to the tomatoes Peter adds to it. Despite its colorful appearance, this restaurant may go unnoticed, but they serve excellent meals. I confirmed with Peter, the boss, that he puts a lot of care into his dishes."
