"This is how the past 7 visits have went.Twice they just hung a sign on the door saying they’re closing at 1 today (instead of the normal 6).Twice I’ve ordered a large without any modifications and the cup is 70% filled.Once I’ve ordered four large drinks only to receive four small drinks yet be charged for large.Overall, when you get what you want and paid for, I have no complaints… it’s just.. the percentage of time that happens isn’t high"
