"Stopped for lunch on a Sunday, before going to BJ 's next door. COVID precautions in place, and feel comfortable in there. Decided to have the Breakfast All Day burger for myself, and the wife hade bacon cheeseburger junior size. They came out in five minutes, both were hot and fresh. They 're served in little envelopes which was a nice touch, and prevents juices, and other items from falling out. I rate a perfect burger (other than burgers that come with sauces as part of them) when there is no need of ketchup. Perfect amount of juices in it, and every bite was moist, not a dry or over cooked patty. The combo of the hash brown, smoked bacon, and egg all came together perfectly. My wife 's burger was great also. We split a large fry, and I had a fountain drink, and the wife had a bottled soda. I wish we could give it 3.5 stars, but I 'm giving 4 stars. Here 's the drawbacks: Burgers are priced on the high side of medium. Are they worth it? I say yes, if they 're flawless, which ours were. But if you happen to have one that 's sub par, then there is a call to be upset. The fries were cooked on the dark side, which is ok, but you get everything from skin, crisp pieces, to some that crop when picked up. Again they were pricey. Lastly was the soda prices. It cost $2.97, no matter if it was a fountain or a bottled. Sorry, for a basic takeout, which you have a counter, not a waitress, this is ridiculous. The burgers made me give it 4 stars. Like In and Out, and other designer burger places, high prices to me are an issue, especially when you have to go to a counter versus table service. You have to try this place, and either agree with my comments, or think otherwise."

"My most recent visit wasn 't the best. Originally I was going to order from doordash but checked burger Fi 's website first and saw that delivery was offered as well. Even better, I had $10 in points available (also a free birthday shake but could only use one promo at a time). I passed my phone to my sons to enter their order but on checking out I saw the delivery fee was over $14. So I decided to just go pick it up. The time on my order confirmation said 7:40pm. My son and I got to the store right around 7:38. The manager told me our order would just be a few more minutes which was totally fine, so I took a few steps back to not block the counter from other customers. We waited...and waited. At around 7:52 I noticed a bag sitting on top and I asked the manager if that was ours. I have no idea how long it was sitting there, but our food wasn 't hot when we got home. We also ordered a milkshake, frozen custard, and a concrete , so the manager asked the woman in that area if they were ready. She handed me the custard in a cup with no lid and a churro sticking out. It looked delicious, but I had to drive this home. She found a French fry dish to put the churro in and a lid to smash down on the custard. I had to ask for a bag to put the custard, churro, and concrete in. Really had me wondering how they 'd handle this with a door dash order. Once at home I wasn 't impressed with anything other than the custard- that was pretty good. My son got onion rings that weren 't very good. My burger tasted very salty for some reason. Might have been the bacon or maybe the pickles? But I didn 't really enjoy it at all. Everything was luke warm after a 5 minute trip home. Our last visit previous to this wasn 't as bad, although it was a weekday and not as busy so maybe that 's the difference. Hoping to update next time with a better review"

"So I only gave it two stars. If I were to rate it solely upon food quality in proportion to price, I would have only given it one star. The setting is good. The interior design is outstanding, as is the seating. You’ll put up the same inattentive teenagers yapping to their boyfriends, girlfriends and talking about the recent crushes of their lives, but I can’t down rate them for that. We all know that is typical of most fast food joints. What I can and do down rate them on is a lousy food product served at a rather high food price. I don’t find $4.27 (one dollar more than their listed menu price) for a third rate Chicago style hot dog and $2.27 (30 cents less than their listed menu price) for a small fountain coke to be any bargain. Their Chicago dog is served on a rather stale, untasty yesterday bun lacking the traditional celery salt. The onion rings are over breaded, served soggy, and the burger meat is as tasteless as that found in any McDonalds. Again, neither actually sold at their listed menu price; so what is the point of having a printed menu? On the good side they do have a rather wide menu selection with plenty to choose from, including a good selection of beers and wine at reasonable prices. However, not having any decent food to go with those drinks, I wouldn’t bother ordering any of them. Compared to burgers served at ROK:BURGER, Le Tub, Jack’s Old Fashion, or even to the Burger King (sad to say) that previously occupied the site, the quality and taste in relation to the price falls far short of acceptable by any standard. As for the Chicago Hot Dog, it’s the worst I’ve ever had anywhere in the area and I don’t think there is a single one in the area serving them where I haven’t had one, or many more than just one. I would say that anyone can do much, much better when it comes to burgers and dogs elsewhere. And, when it comes to food nearby, I’d rather go to Aruba, Athena, 3030 Ocean or any one of the other Fort Lauderdale by the Sea restaurants."
