"Wow! First, the place threw me away. It did not look too inviting, but after parking and walking to the dining area, it is stellar! A few trucks sit next to the Cosmic Bar. So you can order food, a table next to a beautiful water function, wander to the bar, drink, then your food is ready! I had the Chiliquiles breakfast plate. Corn tortillas cut thin and crispy to perfection. Fried egg with salsa verde for heat and quest fresco over everything. Potoates cooked in a delicious red sauce and refined beans to round it. Absolutely delicious and satisfying. I paired this with a tropical cosmic mimose that was combined with coconut juice and blood orange. Perfect breakfast place."
