"Told gentleman in the drive thru I needed honey roasted barbecue packets and mayonnaise when I ordered. Reminded him when I payed at the window to make sure I had them. Returned home, nothing. Kind of ruins the whole meal without those and not worth getting back in the car and driving back up there. Bummer. Chicken strips were also pink in the middle which means they are undercooked."

Their service truly goes above and beyond, and is very efficient. I recommend trying the calf-side salad, which I enjoyed. "I am disappointed to give Chick-fil-A only one star, and that star is for the associate at the cash register. I am not sure of his name because my receipt said the register was for "Katerina", but she was acting as the manager at the time. She seemed uninterested, slow, and bothered, but maybe she is not a morning person or was tired. However, time and accuracy seem to be lacking in this Chick-fil-A's culture. I have been here a few times and most likely will not return in the future, which is unfortunate because I enjoy maintaining my signature status each year. Let's talk about timing. This cannot be blamed on a shortage of staff because each time I have visited there have been more than enough associates working. When I decided to go into the store due to being stuck in the drive-thru line, it was 10:31 and they were already taking lunch orders. I was unable to order breakfast due to the slow team. The response I received was not satisfactory. I have been a member of Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and this type of situation has never happened before. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. I am starting to think this may be a Midwest thing because no one ever encountered this issue in Texas."

"fast, efficient, hot tasty! they are the most consistent almost food in the city. the worst experiences that we had from the hundreds of stuffs were the two paintings that they have forgotten a utensili for the mac n-cheese of my child, a soße for my fries, but they did it right both paint. I love to order from the app that comes to the boorstone. so comfortable! the people work friendly. the rewards points and objects offered by the manager on the app are also beautiful. Their diet-limoneal sips (they have the BEST ice) brought me through covid if I could not keep down."

"This restaurant is always my go-to spot for a delicious meal. Every time I visit, I am amazed by the food and service. The fast food here has been the best for years. I hope they continue to provide amazing food and service. The take-out service is great for grabbing a quick lunch, and the prices are reasonable at $10-20 per person. The atmosphere is also perfect, with a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, Sauce, Ice Dream Cone, Grilled Nuggets, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 30 Count Chicken Nuggets, Mint Shake, and Waffle Fries. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot."

"I eat here pretty often and the last few times I’ve gone something I’ve ordered seems to be “off”. Usually it’s the wrong cheese on my sandwich or a forgotten sauce which isn’t a big deal, it happens. I noticed if I order delivery or order for a big group the errors occur more often. This time we got our food delivered, as I was eating my salad I noticed a fly in there. Then the fries we ordered were cold and soggy. On the cherry coke that I ordered the cup wasn’t filled up all the way. I think I’m going to take a break from ordering delivery and just order there."

"The most amazing people and staff! As soon as you walk in the environment is even amazing! Everytime we go we are treated so kind and waitress even comes around and asks if we need a refill! They help take the time to assist you and make you comfortable! One thing I love is how one day when it was raining one of the workers carried an umbrella and helped everyone out to their cars with the umbrella so no customers got wet! They are truly amazing caring people! Great great service!"

"I'm so tired of giving this place a chance. Worst one in franchise history. They always and I mean ALWAYS forget items. Tonight I tried them again at the pleading of my teenage son only to get the wrong sandwich put in the bag (which I didn't realize untilI was home) and they forgot my little one's fruit cup. When I pulled forward and spun around to tell the young man who justhanded me the bag that the bag he was handed to give to me was missing the fruit cup he informed me I had to get out of my carand go inside. Excuse me but if I wanted to go inside I would not have been in the drive through...but I digress. I wasimmediately baffled as I looked at the parking spots in front of me with a car waiting for food to be walked out. Clearly theyhad enough staff. So here I am 10 feet out of the car line, I could easily park in the waiting lines which again has only 1 carwaiting for food, but no I had to go inside. When I immediately told him I couldn't because my toddler was asleep in the car hesaid sorry ma'am there's nothing I can do with a snide little smirk and turned his back on me. PLEASURE TO SERVE MY BOTTOM! I'mdone with this place. Absofriknlutely done!"
