"I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They advertised a Thanksgiving special, but there was only one option for the Thanksgiving dish. We ordered that along with a medium-rare steak. The waitress suggested we order it well done, claiming it would taste better that way. Unfortunately, it turned out the steaks were pre-cooked to the point of no return, so we couldn't get them medium rare as we wanted. I wish we had been informed of this beforehand. We also ordered hamburgers that were subpar, and they seemed to be pre-cooked as well. Given the prices, I expected a freshly broiled steak cooked to my liking, along with burgers that were grilled to order. What a disappointment!"
