"I unfortunately did not have a good experience at brunch Sunday. The management only hired one waiter and one busboy for the restaurant during peak brunch hours and they were clearly overwhelmed. The service was subpar not due to their performance but due to the poor management not knowing when their restaurant is actually busy.The drinks took about an hour to come out after we sat down. The drinks themselves were pretty good in comparison. It was just coffee and bellini, nothing complicated.I ordered an omelette that took even longer to come out. It was overcooked and hard. It had hair on it (pictured). The waiter took the dish back and gave me $1.50 off. Normally when you have hair show up in your food you would get a new dish or the item comped. Taking off $1.50 just made the experience worse on top of the service.For that experience, I had to pay 20% gratuity (included in the bill) and then are asked to tip even more on the receipt. The management seriously needs to reconsider how they staff this place and treat situations where there is hair in the food."
