"Normally I love this place. We eat here all.the.time and we always order the same thing. We ordered and arrived and were paying 13 minutes later. We ate in house after calling in the order. Tonight our pizza was doughy. I brought it to their attention right after biting into it and peeling off the toppings to see. There is zero chance this thing sat in the warmer and that’s why it appeared doughy, as I was told. They wouldn’t remake it. This is poor customer service for a regular customer no less. I’ll be keeping this in mind next time we consider eating here."
