"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."

"1 cheese slice, 12:40 on Saturday Pros: Pretty big slice, pretty good taste. Nice boiled underwear, less flop than I expected by looking at it. Enjoyable crust with a bit crisp. Cons: Many fats, I have a little napkin dabbing. Cheese is a little undescribed, but goes well with thin sauce. I like a little juicy, but that wasn't dry. Judgment: Something above average piece of pizza that reached the place today. If this is your place, you're not bad. Rating: 7.3"

"Pizza was ordered at 11:44pm. When order was placed it showed pizza ready in 38 minutes. It's 1:15am and no pizza. Called and spoke with a male who said that pizza would be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes. I then advised the delivery time that was shown to me.. The male stated that he has only one driver and that he forgot to go online and adjust the delivery times. I then stated was my pizza going to be cold. He said no, because the pizza came straight out the oven for delivery. Pizza still hasn't been delivered."

"Probably won't even order from here. Every time pizza is delivered cold. I can understand my house is too far but it's messed up to purposely not deliver my food warm ever. Few times ive scheduled delivery and still it was delivered late. Excuse is always same, I'm too far from store and no driver wants to deliver it. But what does quality of food have to do with delivery drivers. Barely any toppings. Food always cold, same excuses for 2 years."

"So we ordered a pizza. Watched a whole almost two episodes of 45 minute show realizing our pizza hadn’t arrived, called and they said it was delivered. We looked outside nothing. We are in an apartment all of them are numbered we double checked to make sure everything was correct. They called back and said that there was another door they had to go through! Which isn’t true. Just up the stairs. Walked down stairs and saw it was left on the down stairs neighbors door step. And we opened the box and the pizza looks like it was thrown. I will include pictures. I am not happy. And I’ve never had a bad experience but this was just absolutely ridiculous."
