"Picasso Cafe has a fun atmosphere with a very eclectic clientele. The food is good as well. The service, however, can range from spectacular to terrible. The first time we went was a tremendous experience. The food was great and the service was even better. Repeat visits have brought fairly good results. The last time though, was terrible. We were forgotten by our waiter, it took our drinks 15 minutes to arrive and more than 45 minutes for our entrees- which were cold. We were less-than pleased The chicken breast with risotto is outstanding as is any pizza I've tried.
