"This is not about the food! It‘s about a server‘s behavior!We went there for lunch. Our child is gluten sensitive, so we told this our server. He already seemed annoyed that he had to change gloves sorry for that, it is not our child‘s fault that it has to deal with this.It wanted to build an own bowl, an other point what seems to annoy the guy…. Also it took a while to decide. Yes, that maybe is annoying especially during peak time. Still we are paying customers so it would have been nice to get treated politely.After finishing the bowl he went back and asked for the next customer. We were left with one bowl although we wanted to order for ALL 4 of us. I went back and told him that we wanted to order 3 additional ones. His reaction was rolling his eyes on me.My husband decided to leave and not ordering anything else. So we paid for one bowl and left.It was really annoying as we all wanted to eat. My child really liked the food.But if I go to a restaurant or food court or food truck, I pay for service and that includes friendliness for me too."

"This place is a good road side restaurant. Decent appearance, clean inside, good food, adequate portions, cooked well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had the hot hamburger and it was done well. It came out hot as well as the corn and mashed potatoes. There's no reason for this place to be empty during any time of the day. Please visit this restaurant as you're passing through Roosevelt or if you're a resident."

"I had lunch at this restaurant on 20. October 2022. I've lived in Orlando since the 1980s and I didn't know this place existed until I drove in town and was looking for the best restaurants nearby. I was initially focused on trying one of their sandwiches, but when I realized they also had Indian menu items, I decided to go this route. I tried her butter Chicken Curry with one side of Basmati Rice and Naan and I was not disappointed. Delicious food with reasonable prices. Great hidden diamond of a restaurant with local owners and a relaxing water view."

"I was very disappointed with my Chicken Avocado Ranch salad as there was not a single piece of blackened chicken in it. My husband ordered the double wild rice steak bowl and found the portion to be very small. I have always been satisfied with my orders from Sweetgreen, but after this experience, I am unsure if I will order from here again. It felt like a complete waste of money."

"The food is good when it is prepared correctly. The staff at this location has repeatedly shown that they are careless with the orders. I just received my bowl with no dressing and no bread, both of which are clearly listed on the order slip. Who wants to eat a dry salad? And this is far from the first time my order has been incorrect. Several months ago, I opened my order to find that it contained only the two ingredients that I had added to my salad, and none of the salad itself. Somehow someone there thought it was plausible that I paid $15 for just some carrots and chickpeas. When I have gone to the restaurant in person, I have also frequently found the staff unfriendly and inattentive to the customers. I don't think I will be going back to this location."

"Really used to love this place. Unfortunately, I just had a less than stellar experience this past weekend. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad Bowl (kale based salad). The toppings were minimal (especially for a $12 salad). Which was very disappointing. That being said the majority of the salad was kale. Which is fine, however the kale was sandy/gritty. I guess it wasn't fully washed or washed a few times. I could not even eat the salad. At first i thought it may have been the seasoning on the salad, but no it was most certainly sandy. Waste of money. Typically I love this place. The ingredients are fresh and they have great options. I guess just steer clear of the kale (unless you like the desert in your mouth)?"

"I think I had higher expectations based off the other ratings. The Buffalo Chicken Bowl was a little underwhelming. There wasnt that much chicken and the dressing was a little too tart for my liking. The Roasted Sweet Potatoes Hot Honey Mustard was also ok. I liked the hot honey mustard but the roasted potatoes themselves were a little too mashed for my liking. Seemed to almost be eating mashed sweet potatoes than roasted ones. Overall ok but probably wouldnt order again."

"I created my own salad at sweetgreen, and it was good but nothing special. I would say it is definitely overpriced even without getting all of the premium or additional toppings. The most shocking occurrence was that they would not give a cup for water. They told me I could only buy a water bottle or other bottled drink despite an obviously large tap water dispenser behind the counter. I have never been to a restaurant before that refused to give a cup of water, and this notably diminished the dining experience. I probably would not go back anytime soon, but I do know of others who really enjoy it!"

I hadn't noticed since I rushed home in an uber (mom of 2 under 2 life and didn't really go out until Tuesday.
