"I look for wood fired pizza on every trip I take and I was looking forward to finally trying the Hungry Robot. When you get a wood fired Pizza you expect a few things and one is opposing textures of the bottom and top of the pizza. The bottom should be nice and crisp while the top of the pizza soft and chewy, unfortunately this pizza was soft all over with no crispy bottom. Typically with a wood fired pizza you will also get a little bit if that smokey flavor, this did not have it. The sauce unfortunately was bland and the basil had a twang like it was on the verge of turning bad. The one good thing about the pizza was the mozzarella, very good. The location is poorly lit and made it hard to navigate without missing the turn bc of poor lighting and bc maps tells me I arrived in the middle of the road. Unfortunately this continues a trend I have had from visiting restaurants featured on triple D, not impressed and over hyped. Bummer, I was really looking for to this too."
