"we go to this papa murphys quite often. recently we had a problem twice with the dough on the thin crust pizza. it looks like it is old or simply made without ingredient, it will not rise and will stop to the pizza pan that comes, and it will not crack and is really hard, not airy at all. I called them to inform us about our problem and was told that I was wrong. I cook for 40 years pizzen by papa murphy. I just called to inform her about the problem and was just getting off in the round. do not go back to this place."

"I've been a loyal customer of Papa Murphy's, but my recent visit with my son left us really disappointed. We purchased a $26 stuffed pizza, took it home, baked it, and while we were eating with my kids, we found hardly any pepperoni or sausage. It definitely wasn’t stuffed with enough ingredients to justify almost $30. It feels like the company is cutting corners on toppings! I won't be returning to this location, as I feel cheated out of my money. Is this just so a manager can meet their food cost targets? It’s ridiculous."

"I ordered a chicken pizza with gourmet toppings, but it had way too little sauce. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had. Every time I go there, the pizza is always very lightly sauced, almost like they're afraid of putting too much. The employees are all really nice and usually ask if I want less sauce, which happens 9 out of 10 times. I just have to laugh and say yes. Overall, it's a decent experience."

"I forgot to get his name, but the kid that helped me Sunday eve on the 23rd at the register was great. Good customer service, pleasant attitude but not over the top. I was getting food for my mom since she couldn't walk inside due to injury, and had never used her special kind of card to pay there before. The young gentleman at the register was patient and assisted with the credit machine without making me feel stupid. Thank you. Good pizza too, didn't make my tummy funny like some other Papa Murphy's stores."

"This is our favorite pizza place, best bang for your buck. They're relatively consistent, but there is the rare occasion that our pizza isn't ready at pick up or the place is messy. They had one employee that didn't seem to understand anything, but I think he's gone. Anyway, we're normally pleased with our pizza."
