"Pathetic biryani and pathetic customer experience.Visited this place on 5 Nov 2022. Took forever to place an order. Placed order for Vijayawada chicken biryani and spicy. What was served was the most pathetic chicken biryani ever. 0 spice, uncooked and hard chicken pieces and salt less than required.Customer service: Asked for the WiFi password for the Pista guest wifi as my data network was weak. The guy at reception took my phone, entered something for password and then smiled at me wickedly saying it is not getting connected. I said if the password is correct, why will it not connect to which he just smiled in a wicked way and said its just not connecting. I went back and asked my brother to get wifi password from the same guy. He went and got the wifi connected in 1st try, meaning the guy knew the password, just didnt want to put in for me. Very weird.Not recommended."
