"I waited in line to order for entirely way too long. Unbelievably slow. The girl that took my order couldn’t find the kids meal button on her register was too terrified to ask for help so she stood there forever staring at her screen. Lo behold she overcharged me. I paid $5 extra b/c she charged me for 4 kids meals instead of 3. The manager acted like it was a huge inconvenience to correct my receipt and said she would compensate me with milk shakes for the kids. When the shakes came out, there was maybe 4-5 table spoons of milk shake in each cup. They literally drank them in like 3 gulps. Such a joke. I hate being ripped off."

"My boy had a soccer lesson and he and his sister was hungry. He chose to try Jack's out since we were getting one in Calhoun. He knew it would be covered up and while before we'd be able to try it out, so we'd try this one out in it's place. They both had chicken fingers with fries and I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. They also had ice cream. The service was great and the employees very pleasant and courteous. It was during lunch time so they were decently busy...and still did well. The fingers were a bit bigger than what Zaxby's has, so that was an improvement (doesn't say much though), but they had no real flavor at all. Very bland. The fries were good except that they had no seasoning at all on them. The burger....very thin, bland tasting, texture of that paper candy just kinda dissolves in your mouth. The kids seemed fine with the chicken fingers, but agree with me that probably wouldn't choose to visit again or if I did, I'd choose something different like the fried chicken to see how it is. Another good point is that they do offer a military discount."

"Late night (11:30 P.M. munchies run, wanted potato wedges (no longer sold here , egg rolls (they were out of egg rolls , 2 tacos. Ended up ordering 6 tacos and jalapeño poppers. The tacos must have been there since 3 p.m. they were so hard they weren't edible, they were thrown away, and they had extra extra hot sauce in them. Just GROSS! Jalapeño poppers were the only decent item. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have received old, cold, and gross food here, I WILL NOT be returning again!"

"I absolutely love Jack's! Today, though—oh my goodness! Every employee was overwhelmed. The microwave broke, which meant no pancakes, and the restaurant was packed with customers who had already placed their orders. Some people were getting quite frustrated because their orders were incomplete. My order was incorrect as well. The staff was so busy that it felt almost impossible for them to keep up. Things got a bit heated at the front counter and drive-thru a few times. After about 35 minutes of waiting, they finally managed to catch up and get our orders sorted out. It was a long wait and a bit chaotic, but I know it was just a rough day. I still love Jack's!"

"I have to say, this is the best bone-in fried chicken from Jack's that I've ever had. I order it every week and it never disappoints. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they never include napkins with the order. Even when I specifically ask for them, they still forget. But don't let that deter you - the chicken and biscuits at this location are definitely worth trying. Just make sure to bring your own napkins with you!"
