Never soaked in Soy Sauce (you can always add this if that's your thing), the rice is white, and a perfect texture, never soggy or hard. The vegetables are always perfect, never over cooked! The Kung Pao Tofu is so good. They always work with you on ingredients, extras, spicyness. The quanties are more than generous, and it always arrives piping hot!"
