"I found our receipt in my bag and was so glad that I did it because I could not remember our server name, but I have it now! Ronald did such a great job for our second visit. Our first visit was rough, and I hesitated for a while about returning because I was nervous, but I'm glad we did. Ronald was so attentive and nice, and FUNNY! He let us laugh several times! He is so proud of this restaurant and showed us the mural with the founder. At the end of our dinner we shared with him that last time we had quite a terrible experience, but that he really turned our feelings around, I told him that I was nervous to see our waitress that we had last time, and that she was there that special night. He was so free from her and shared with us that she trained him and trained a lot of staff there. I definitely realized it was just a night we had with her, but I never realized that without Ronald being so free from her. That really made me think that this place has a staff that is really a family, and that they all build together. When Ronald could have been negative with us without hesitating, he was so positive and encouraging. Thank you, Ronald, and many employees in Pasta Amore. We'll be back soon!"
