But after waiting for 30 minutes, we only received our nachos and kids' Mac and cheese. Briana assured me that my cheesesteak would be out soon, but 15 minutes later, there was no sign of it, and she never returned with an update.At this point, I had been waiting for my food for almost an hour, and it was only a Monday at 1 pm. Most of the booths were full, and everyone else seemed to have received their meals, except for me. It felt like my bad luck with this place was striking again.In frustration, I decided to cancel my order since my daughter had already finished her meal. Briana mood took a turn for the worse after this, although I understood that it wasn't her fault, as she couldn't control the situation, and it likely stemmed from management issues. However, when she abruptly left me to assist someone else while I was still talking to her, it became personal.Now, I find myself writing this review, though I doubt I'll get anything more than a $5 gift card from Dave and Busters.
