"First time I went the service was great and the food was great. On this 2nd trip the service was slow and while not rude, not great. It took over 1/2 hour to get the food, no apology, thanks for waiting or any acknowledgement. Had to ask multiple times for a to go box, silver ware and server responded with a yes I'm getting it, after 2nd request."
