"When they are actually open, they are good, albeit slow. Staff is always friendly and food is fresh — although my create-your-own options aren't always correct, even when I watch them circle the right ingredients on the order ticket. However, for more than 3 weeks, they have had a sign on the door saying, “closed due to staffing shortage.” Originally the sign said they would re-open on 8/6, then 8/13, then 8/20, and that last sign is still on the window a week after they are supposed to be open … – show"
