But today I was disappointed to notice one of the guys who was cleaning the counter with a dirty wash cloth and did not change his gloves as he was rushing to make my sandwich… I also seen something dark brown on my bread so I was not happy at all and did not enjoy my lunchThis is a (food Safety issue) whatever chemicals ingredients you’re using with those gloves and washcloths is going directly to our food… Guys Please please change to New gloves when dealing with customers food, We would Really Appreciate it very much"

"We recently chose Quintessential on another friend’s recommendation for celebrating a special occasion. The staff was wonderful, as was the food. One of our out-of-town guests remarked that the kebobs were the best she had anywhere. The salmon was another big hit, its delicious flavor almost eclipsed by the scrumptious mushroom risotto served alongside. The martinis were also a big hit (in particular the chocolate). I’m so pleased this restaurant was recommended to us, and I certainly will be recommending it to others!"

"This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been in Phx for 30 years and have never heard of or seen this place recommended. It’s small, and has a very nice layout. Service was fantastic…but what was not expected was the food. I was absolutely blown away by their ribeye. It was one of, if not the best ribeye I have had in AZ. Our party also ordered a Fillet , and short ribs….both excellent. The only thing missing (in my opinion) is table cloths….it would bring it up a notch to match the quality of the food. If you compared the food to other restaurants in the area it’s easily as good as Capital Grille, but with a smaller menu."

"That had the best seafood... Fish n Chips (I had this dish from many places on the coast from Fort Bragg to San Diego) was perfectly fried and did not feel too heavy or greasy. Service was excellent! From the search for the menu and the search for other options they were reasonable in price and the maître d' offered a free appetizer and the last window seat (Freakin DOPE). The server (like a reincarnation by Dean Martin gave my children a small Abalone scarf and told them where to look for sardines and even otters, seals had to see. They were on the point and very attentive to refilling. Food came surprisingly fast and was fresh from the grill and from the fryer. The waiter informed me (on the question why I recognized the ship and crew images from the baths) that they knew their King Crab from the 'Time Bandit' ya from Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel. He also pointed out that the ships in the port receive other seafood. Oh and Tiramisu was probably the best I had."

"I purchased a sandwich for lunch and it was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. It was essentially a roll filled with blue cheese. The sandwiches I received did not match the photos posted online, and it seems like some of the images may have been from McDonald's. I recommend staying away from this restaurant as the food is terrible and it is a waste of money."

"This was our 2nd visit to BJs and we were hoping for a repeat of a great previous stop. We are not from the area and after a stop over in Albany last year, we decided to try a familiar place. Unfortunately, this 2nd visit was a dud. We sat at the bar and ordered dinner and it seemed our servers lost interest when we chose non alcoholic beverages. The menu is varied, but the jambalaya was cold and my wife’s med well burger was close to a hockey puck. We didn’t send anything back; too much of an effort to get a bartenders attention. There are better choices in the area."

"Vine por casualidad y tuve hambre en el deleite de bagel, situado en Lafayette Street en el barrio de Brooklyn. "I'm kind of heartbroken. Normally I would give this place at least 4 stars. I'm only giving 2 stars because the service is good. It's a little restaurant my husband and I loved going to somewhat often, but this last time we went we noticed the prices have gone up MAJORLY. I used to love getting the steak salad. I believe it was around 20, now it's over 30.. for a salad lol The salmon dish I use to get (which was very mediocre the last 2 times I ordered it) was around 30, has now gone up to almost 45 dollars. It's so upsetting. I really loved the atmosphere and the service but the food and some of the portion sizes (like the ravioli dishes) are just NOT worth the prices now. We won't be going back unless they lower the prices again and I don't see that happening so I guess they lost some regular guests and we lost our spot we loved. The hardest part is my husband asked me where I wanted to go for our 10 year anniversary dinner coming up in August and the only place up here I wanted to go with him is Peppercorn, but not now."

"Really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was great, and the service was incredible, but 3 out of 4 of us got sick. I was the only one who didn't eat the scallops and had a good steak. Hubby's rib eye was tough, the lasagna was bland and tasted funny, the chicken marsala had a sweet sauce instead of savory and my baked potato wasn't cooked all the way. The highlight was the bruschetta. but after all that and paying $300, it wasn't enough to garner a good review. Peppercorn mgmt needs to get rid of those scallops!"
