"The pizza was good. And the chicken wings we ordered only came with the bbq sauce on them. We ordered hot wings and bbq, so the hot ones came plain. But I still have them 4 stars because I happened to call in the middle of their computer system shutting down, and they still made a way to input my order and get it expedited quickly. The gentleman on the phone handled a highly stressful situation with poise and professionalism, which is very important when working in the service industry."
