"I fully understand the staff shortage going on, so the fact that my pizza was over an hour late, it happens, it's unfortunate but I am not upset about it. The fact that it arrived completely cold and when I called and they just apologized but did nothing else, that I can't abide by. It's unfortunate really, I do like Marco's pizza but delivering cold pizza over an hour late when I suggested an hour before that I could just pick it up if it was an issue, well, I suggest not to buy here if you want it either on time or warm. The extra star is because the pizza when it does arrive warm is pretty decent."
