"Absolutely killer dumplings, potstickers, etc. They supply a lot of the local restaurants but why not just make them yourself at home for cheaper? We bought the soup dumplings, pork potstickers, chicken potstickers, lamb dumplings, and shrimp dumplings. All just amazing. Perfect skin, ample filling. And everything was so juicy, even the potstickers. We steamed the soup dumplings and regular dumplings in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water for 9 minutes and that was perfect. The potstickers we steamed in a pan with a half inch or so of water, lid on, for about 8 minutes and then pan fried in vegetable oil for another 90 seconds or so."
