"Round 2 of me messing up the online app order, but Zach was there and recognized my face. He was not very helpful and courteous as usual. He and his crew should get the recognition I mentioned in my original review because most other food employees do not do a good job. This is the second time I have had issues with my order, but everyone seems really polite and friendly despite the known stress of working in the fast food industry. I had a mishap with my online order where my phone caused the pickup time to be wrong, but the manager, Zach, was very helpful and friendly. He and his colleagues who helped (Spencer and Megan, I believe) deserve a raise for being so friendly and polite while solving the mishap."
