"So sad. The only vegetables in my Szechuan tofu were peas and squares of carrots. Some raw onion, but that might have been just have been from the fried rice. Which had the same vegetables and was neon yellow. No egg. How is this Chinese food? No bok choy, bamboo, mushrooms, snow peas, broccoli, water chestnuts, peppers, sprouts or anything like that. That said, the food, for the ingredients they used, was prepared well. The tofu, while not fried, was put in last so it didn’t disintegrate. Nothing was burned or overcooked or too salty or too greasy. It was competently made sadness."
