"I recently placed an online food order, but when my boyfriend went to pick it up, the restaurant claimed they had no record of it. We even double-checked at Baja's Tex Mex to make sure it wasn't sent to the wrong location, but they also had no information about my order. After verifying on my phone that I had ordered from Baja's Taqueria at 227 Thayer St, we realized we were at the correct location. My boyfriend went back inside and provided the order details, but the staff rudely insisted that they had no record of it. Frustrated and hungry, we ended up placing the order again, as the workers insisted that I needed to call my bank to resolve the issue. Throughout this entire ordeal, the staff's attitude was unacceptable. As frequent customers of this restaurant, I am thoroughly disappointed and annoyed by the poor customer service we received."
