"My husband and I enjoyed this place while I took my mother out for a birthday dinner. The wings were the best I had in a long time. We didn't order baked with sauce on the side. They were very tasteful and juicy. My husband enjoyed his Chopped Salad with grilled chicken. I was very happy with my New Salad with grilled chicken. Our waitress Stephanie was very attentive and presented my mother n law with a piece of cheesecake with a candle. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a relaxed decor. "my favorite Mexican restaurant. the server are great! They know how to keep a smile on the face! eating is great, large portions at a very fair price. we have heard more times when I can count, and that was never done wrong or bad in some way. my man is quite picky, so there is a huge bonus that if he says there is no drill there is no. the homemade salsa and chips that come on the table is very well made, it is a mild salsa. "We used to go to Manhattan Deli all the time, but hadn't been there since they moved to Willoughby. It was good to see all of our favorites were still on the menu, especially the smothered chicken, and that they are still delicious. "The food was generally good. We tried the sampler plate and were not impressed with the Mozzarella sticks, however the Calamari was surprisingly tasty. The chicken fingers were delicious and the buffalo wings were decent. Our waiter was not very friendly, but we had an international waiter a few weeks ago who was extremely nice! I suppose it depends on the day you visit. The prices were fair, although they are gradually increasing. Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant - a nice spot for a quick meal."

"To start off the food is not bad. The problem ended up being with the delivery guy. This was our second time ordering here. We waited while watching some tv for the phone to ring for delivery. When it did ring the guy was making himself upset saying loudly our phone was not on, started being argumentative carrying on. Some guy in a Canadian shirt/sweater The phone was on fully charged and we had just got off the phone with someone else 10 minutes prior. We noticed after he left the text we got from him said Come get your food Now! Even if there a phone issue it definitely wasnt on our end and lets say if it was there is no reason to act like that. Its unfortunate as we enjoyed the food but we wont tolerate this type of behavior so thats the last time we will order from here. 3/5 as the Food again was good imo. Just need to get a driver with a better attitude"

"First, a disclaimer: Please indulge my perhaps xenophobic condemnation, but I have learned not to trust the wait staff at typical Asian restaurants. Both a cultural chasm and a language divide separate American vegans from Asian wait staff. They do not understand that sea animals are not eaten by vegetarians. You often can find these animals listed right on the menus in the so-called vegetarian sections. I shudder to guess at the ingredients that are not listed. Asian restaurants are no more a vegan/vegetarian safe haven than compared to any other ethnic cuisine. But Nancy Chang's is different! They have a separate menu that is vegan, not just vegetarian. And both times I have eaten there, my waiters have spoken both fluent English and fluent Vegan. Steering clear from all the mock meats, which make a mockery of vegetarianism, I still had half of the vegan menu from which to choose, which was plenty. Plus they serve brown rice. While the vegan menu is standard Chinese-American fare with sugary sauces, within that genre the food is excellent. Both its interior and its outdoor patio are comfortable and spacious, and great places to meet your date. In fact, if you park in the small front lot, you will walk thru the bar area, which qualifies as a singles bar. Or use the rear entrance, which adjoins its very large rear parking lot. Both times that I ate here were after the Veg Food Fest held in Worcester. The Fest is a crowded and noisy zoo that is not conducive for enjoying the food. But at Nancy Chang, you will thoroughly enjoyed your meal."

"I keep giving this place a try but unfortunately it's a hit or miss. Ordered broccoli rabe with garlic and oil and added shrimp for $5...Shrimp was missing, pasta was dry and seemed almost old or reused and wost of all there was a huge clump of nasty driedold cheese (that had bits of debris not found throughout the dish...only on the cheese clump) in the middle (i have a dairyallergy and can't eat cheese) the entire item was inedible. Sticking with John's Pizza on Parsons from now on."

"Order lunch from this place periodically. The food is not consistent. Sometimes it is amazing, sometimes it’s just alright.One somewhat annoying part is that you don’t always get charged the same price for the same thing. Sometimes it is about a $1 or $2 more than in the menus. Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying. You don’t know if the person overcharging you by mistake, because they don’t remember the correct price or if that’s done on purpose. A $1 or 2 on a $10 order is 10-20% difference. Other than that, this place is OK for occasional ordering."

"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."
