"This restaurant is disorganized and lacks accountability. They seem unconcerned about providing a satisfactory experience for their customers. After ordering takeout and discovering missing items, they showed little effort to correct the mistake. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, they could at least make an effort to improve. The general manager, Jennifer, displayed a lack of concern for customer service and was dismissive when reported to her district manager. Her attitude was simply rude."
