"Wok in Wok Out is the latest and best supplement in a shopping center already remarkable for its emphasis on healthy fast casual food. The menu has marked several vegetarian appetizers, as well as several fried rice, noodles, and woks your style dishes, most of them are vegan or can be easily veganized. The menu is still fine tuned so make sure to confirm your vegan options when you come! On my first visit to lunch today I had the Wokalicious with Japanese Teriyaki sauce from the Woks Your Style menu section and the embellished Tofu and Vegetable Medal was really delicious and satisfying in this tasteful sauce. I also had the opportunity to talk to the cook who told me that he can add new vegan menu items and more veganize. I learned that the chef and his business partner worked for Las Vegas Wynn and Encore Hotel/Resort/Casino complexes before opening this restaurant, where each of the many restaurants had a complete vegan menu."
