"Today was my first time in this restaurant (and probably my last). Our party of two sat and that was as far as we were. The restaurant was not very busy and there were several waiters/waxes moving around. We sat and waited. several people went over us without talking. A waiter went to the hostess and it looked like they discussed tables.. The couple that came behind us got drinks and order was taken. A table was sitting next to us a bit after we were bought with drinks. Two of the waiters were just a table away from us from one of the order stations even had enough time to play battle? and were joking/playing around. At this point we have decided with absolute recognition to go. The hostess, that was at her booth on her phone, said ?have a good day.? She looked up as she said, and said, No one came to you? NOPE! And we drove out of the door. I am a patient person and unfortunately understand that Kovid was an apology for a long time, but that unacceptable! Customer service is huge and I refuse to accept what happened today. No excuses... and this has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. No plans to return."
