"Ramen spot has exceeded my expectations! I've been about 8 times since they have opened. From the moment you step in the door, you enter a warm environment where the staff is genuinely happy to have you. If you have a large party, be sure to arrive early as seating is limited! I've come in with one other friend and it's sometimes a wait. Now, the real stuff! The ramen is excellent! The Tonkotsu was the first dish I tried. The flavors were incredible. The creamy broth stars a rich pork flavor, subtle notes of sweet, and the traditional kombu finish. Topped with a half egg, rounds of pork, green onions, and more, this dish comes together and blows my mind time and time again. Be sure to get an order of the Tokoyaki for a starter!"
