"Ordered fried mushrooms, but upondelivery we received cheese sticks instead.When I called to inform them of the error, they told me they chose to substitute what I ordered and paid for, because they were out of fried mushrooms.So instead of calling me to ASK what I'd like to substitute or IF I'd like to substitute, they decided to make a substitution, and not inform me AT ALL, just so that they would not lose the money that I had spent.When I requested a refund, I was told that the manager was not available and not currently there at the restaurant, and that I would have to call back later- not that someone would RETURN MY call to address my grievance, but that I would need to CALL BACK and follow-up myself.Also, Sandwich/sub did not taste good and was not at all as advertised. I ordered cheesesteak, but received some sort of other meat on my sandwich instead. When I questioned them about the non-steak meat/sub sandwich, they gave me another poor, unacceptable excuse about the type of meat they'd used."
