"Reluctant to re-visit Koreana after a subpar dining experience here a few years back despite being minutes walking from home. Second time around, the place is still the same, but food improved. Especially the raw beef sashimi appetizer was very refreshing since it was sliced from frozen meat. Rice cake in my kimchi soup was a pleasant surprise since not many Korean restaurants do that, although I did wish there were more tofu in the soup. Also, the soup bowl with fuel to light up with to keep it hot and boiling was very nice as well. Response from other dining mates of their dishes were positive as well. I’d say the verdict has definitely changed for the better, and it’s worth trying if you live close by."

"One woman's clothing is very inapprpriate for a family resteraunt. I was disgusted by the attire one waitress whom i found out was a co-ower was disgusting..I then was subjected to listening to in appropriat discussions between she and another staff memeber. I mean if i wanted to over hear someone discussingthier sexual coquests and look and fat ,breasts,and -ss cheeks hanging out everywhere i would rather go to a strip club....The food was not made well- and it tasted disgusing .....i'll never dine there again....."

"The service of the place was horrible. The so called owner has no professionalism and is very rude. They expect you to order 3 dishes for 3 ppl, 4 dishes for 4 etc and do not want you to share food or else they will be talking "****” about you in the back (according to the owner). I have eaten spoiled food from this place and when approached about such issue, they deny it saying it is fresh when the food tasted and smell spoiled. This place is way overpriced with food that does not even taste good. I will never come here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want Korean food, go down the street on Oakland Park Blvd. east of University Drive. Service is a lot better than here and a lot cheaper. Plus the food tastes 1000 times better."

"I love this place everytime I go. Ive gone here a few times now since 2015 or 16 and they are consistently awesome. The service was great, and the Banchan was tasty. I was surprised to receive an amazing piece of mackerel stewed in some amazing flavors as one banchan dish. That alone was fantastic. I ordered the ojingo Bokum, which is squid in a spicy sauce. It was really good along with some great rice and banchan. For $15 it's enough food to feed 2 people. Very worth it. Highly recommend this place. Can't say enough good things"
