"I’m not typically the one to write a review but I feel the need to today. I used to eat here quiet frequently, the food and service was always spectacular. Today was my first day back since there is new ownership. I was not impressed whatsoever. I ordered a turkey melt with no bacon and no tomato. A chicken salad sandwich was brought to me. Once I had taken it back my turkey melt was brought to me with only ONE slice of turkey and ONE slice of cheese on the whole sandwich. I did walk up to the counter and confront the lady running the cash register who originally took my order and tried communicating the issue, but in return I got an attitude. I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service as well as no attempt in making the customer happy. I paid $13 and some change for this, not including the tip. I could’ve easily went somewhere else and got better service and food for that price. Needless to say, I will not be returning."
