"Placed a phone order for pick up on my half hour lunch break, and the guy without asking my name or telling me when the food would be ready hung up on me. I waited 20 minutes, drove over to pick it up, and was told my order had been given to somebody else. So yeah…used up my lunch break NOT getting lunch.This is why you ask the customer’s name instead of just hanging up. Suffice it to say I won’t be wasting my time here again. Bad business!"
